I work with my partners at Gallup to understand challenges that prospects and clients may have and then determine strategies to help them achieve business outcomes through HumanSigma solutions. I work closely with the client team and my partners at Gallup to make sure we have the proper resources in place, devise an implementation plan, and communicate results and findings to the project stakeholders.
My career path at Gallup
I started as an engagement manager in the Irvine office in June 2007. Before coming to Gallup, I worked in sales and marketing and leadership development at two of the most renowned technology companies in the world. I also finished my doctorate degree in industrial and organizational psychology at United States International University, and I currently teach in a local M.B.A. program.
I was looking to bring my experience and knowledge to Gallup and use my strengths to make an impact at our clients' organizations. Some of the most exciting work I've been a part of includes consulting with clients about employee engagement and strengths strategies. It has been great to see clients get excited about results, especially when they see improvements or accomplish their goals. I look forward to building more client relationships and helping more organizations increase positive outcomes.
I know I will have the opportunity to realize this goal because Gallup gives its consultants a lot of flexibility to find exactly what they want to do and what clients they want to build relationships with. In essence, you can choose your own career path as it fits with your talents and the business needs of the organization. You develop and grow based on your own dedication and performance. Everyone helps me learn and teaches me new things, which was a concern I had coming to Gallup as a more experienced consultant. I know I have many things still to learn, but my fellow associates reached out and helped me immediately, and I in turn brought some new ideas and experience to share with them.
My hobbies
My work is a "hot button" for me. I really like to look at results and data, and I get a kick out of the work I do. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family, walking on the beach, and attending outdoor concerts.
