Ken Engagement Manager
My impact at Gallup

I am a principal leader for some of our largest clients that use The Gallup Path to improve their organizational outcomes.

My career path at Gallup

I envisioned Gallup as a place where I could use my business background while also using my talents for research and writing. I started in our Irvine, California, office as an editor, and then moved to a consulting specialist position before becoming an engagement manager. Throughout my career at Gallup, I've always felt challenged, and I'm always learning. I'm engaged in my work and with my clients, and I love the people I get to work with every day. My goal is to continue adding value to our clients and bringing meaningful innovations to Gallup.

One of my key accounts is one of Gallup's largest clients. This organization has been a client since 1989, and it uses our consulting and partnership along every step of The Gallup Path. We are always thinking of new ways to take our services to the next level for this client and quantify the impact we are making in the organization. I constantly strive to share new ideas with this client.

My hobbies

I like to spend time with my wife and two children, playing games, going on boat rides, and going to baseball games.
