As a consulting specialist, I work closely with our client organizations on a day-to-day basis to ensure a smooth and seamless operation of our consulting services. My responsibilities are varied and exciting, and I get the chance to make an impact on our clients and their organizations in many ways.
My career path at Gallup
I came to Gallup after earning a bachelor's degree in political science and my master's degree in sociology from Stanford University. I started my career in Gallup's Tokyo office, where I explored a few different roles and responsibilities. I was most interested in working in our employee engagement consulting field, as I wanted to help clients and work with them to make positive changes in their organizations. Additionally, I wanted to work with international clients and organizations that have a presence throughout the world. Even after moving to our Irvine, California, office, I have the opportunity to work with clients overseas.
Gallup is rapidly growing, and I have many chances to improve and contribute to this growth. I'm growing as an individual as well, in my role and in my work within the organization. My goal is to continue learning and gaining valuable experiences and knowledge and translate this into a career as a principal at Gallup.
Gallup's culture
I love the people. The culture is focused on working hard, but it also fosters a lot of great friendships and beneficial working relationships. I also love my diversified portfolio of clients and the ability to make an impact on so many organizations around the world. Our brand name, our philosophy, and our data-driven consulting allow us to drive positive changes with our work.
