My impact at Gallup
I came to Gallup after earning a bachelor's degree in political science and my master's degree in sociology from Stanford University.
I started my career in Gallup's Tokyo office, where I explored a few different roles and responsibilities. I was most interested in working in our employee engagement consulting field, as I wanted to help clients and work with them to make positive changes in their organizations. Additionally, I wanted to work with international clients and organizations that have a presence throughout the world.
As a workplace survey analyst, I work closely with our clients every day to ensure a smooth and seamless operation of our consulting services. My responsibilities are varied and exciting, and I get the chance to make an impact on our clients and their organizations in many ways. And even after moving to our Irvine, California, office, I have the opportunity to work with clients overseas.
