I help our clients improve their businesses, making it easier for them to grow profitably. I provide a strategic view and help integrate research and intervention within client organizations. In addition, I help our partners and clients grow their businesses using Gallup tools.
My career path at Gallup
I currently devote my time to six of our largest clients, and my work is different with each group. Much of my efforts with these organizations stem from the need to reduce customer or employee attrition. Often, I'm charged with helping increase productivity or improving customer acquisition. I've been on the client side of the relationship, and I was attracted to Gallup because I believe in the work the company does. I saw firsthand how Gallup's products and services help build better environments for employees and customers.
I started my career at Gallup as the leader of our financial services consulting division after 15 years of experience in the industry. In that role and in my current position, I feel personally accountable to my clients. Their success is my ultimate goal, and I want to see the work they are doing pay off in large-scale cultural transformations.
I continue to learn and grow every day in my career, and there is never a dull moment. I have perhaps learned more in my time at Gallup than at any other point in my career.
My hobbies
I enjoy spending time with my three children and my friends. I also love music and Minnesota Wild hockey.
