As the managing partner of our Detroit office, I am responsible for sales leadership and the profit and loss for the office. In addition to managing my own existing client relationships and the pursuit of new business accounts, I am responsible for overseeing the other partners in our office. I work with everyone on our internal teams to make sure we deliver the highest quality products and services to our clients.
My career path at Gallup
In my 30-plus year career, I have had the opportunity to work at small companies, start-ups, large blue chip organizations, and serve in the military. In the 15 years before coming to Gallup, I was involved in scenarios where I was selling or managing companies that always "sold up" -- brands that were neither market leaders nor possessed strong brand equity. The chance to work for a gold-plated brand that was a private company and strong enough to withstand the winds of economic change was too good to pass up.
I joined Gallup in May 2005 as a partner in our Toronto office. I then moved to Detroit to work directly with one of our largest clients, and after that, I was promoted to managing partner. In Toronto, I was able to work in concert with a tremendous team of consultants and specialists to develop and launch a multimillion dollar consulting project with one of the most venerable retailers in North America. My client work in Detroit focuses on one of our largest client relationships, an account that spans the globe.
Looking to the future, I'm focused on being one of Gallup's leading rainmakers, as well as developing and leading our office to strong growth and creating new ideas for our company's products and consulting services.
Gallup's culture

The most successful employees are highly competent and build strong internal networks for their success and the success of the company. We respect strong thinking, strong leadership, and people who are committed to making a difference.
