My impact at Gallup
I started my career as an interviewer in one of Gallup's Lincoln, Nebraska, call centers while earning a degree in political science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
I had fully intended to go to law school after graduating with my bachelor's degree, but as I got closer to the end of my college career, I began to realize how much I loved the workplace culture at Gallup.
I am now a leader at the Houston call center, where I work with a few other interviewing managers that make up the location's leadership team. Part of my job is managing several interviewing projects for clients, which includes making sure we have the right number of interviewers conducting surveys for their projects, that the project is performing as expected, and that we execute the project as efficiently and effectively as possible.
I also monitor the quality of individual interviewers' work and try to create a positive and engaging work environment that our associates can be proud to be a part of.
