Jeff Engagement Manager
My impact at Gallup

I help clients create a more engaging environment for their employees. My responsibilities and efforts range from designing surveys to developing communication strategies with clients, ensuring the data from the surveys are accurate, and presenting results and making recommendations to increase engagement in the client's organization.

My career path at Gallup

I initially joined Gallup because I was attracted to the science, research, and ideas in the book First, Break All the Rules. In my previous work before coming to Gallup, I really enjoyed implementing the ideas and practices the book described. Ultimately, I thought I would go to the source of such great information and help develop and spread the application of the science.

In my career, I have the opportunity every day to positively affect companies and organizations. My role is intense, fast-paced, and highly rewarding. I ensure that the deliverables a client receives are not only perfect, but that they enable the client to make meaningful and real change in their business and in the lives of their employees. One of the more rewarding parts of my job is consulting with clients to truly understand their needs and their business challenges and then successfully framing Gallup's science in a way that benefits the organization.

I expect to be face-to-face with clients on a daily basis and translating what I learn from these relationships to my internal partners at Gallup. I expect to be challenged on a regular basis and given the opportunity to inject my own style and creativity into the answers we help our clients reach.

Gallup's culture

The people are tremendous. I also care a lot about the evolution of our science and research, and about changing people's lives through the use of strengths and engagement research. I like that I get the chance to continue to implement Gallup's consulting practices to corporations and organizations that want to improve the quality of their work and the lives of their employees.
