Jessica Process Manager
My impact at Gallup

I manage the process of client service from the operations and client team perspectives. I serve as a hub of information and guidance for our healthcare consulting practice and our operations teams. I also identify, develop, and implement new process improvements so Gallup can more efficiently serve our internal and external customers. I am always looking for a better way to do things.

My career path at Gallup

I have experience in many industries, including hospitality, retail, banking and financial service, and insurance. After I read First, Break All the Rules during the interview process for a position at another organization, I decided to apply online for a job at Gallup because I felt it was really where I wanted to be. The willingness of Gallup to manage the business with people, not despite people, attracted me to the company.

Gallup is a unique organization that truly understands how talent drives success in a role. The company recognizes me for my talents and gives me the opportunity to succeed in ways that best fit my strengths and abilities. I also love the different responsibilities in my cross-functional role. I affect every aspect of the business, from clients and sales to technology and operations, and I enjoy the diversity and challenges this brings.

In my role, I specifically focus on the creation of core training materials and process implementation strategies across many functions of our business. These projects require a full understanding of Gallup's current methods: what works, what doesn't, and what we could improve. I also train internal teams and external customers. I examine problems from multiple angles to decide on the best possible solutions for all parties involved. All of these projects help me hone my project, people, and process management skills.

My hobbies

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my spouse, reading, working on my home, traveling, and trying new things. I tend to be a free spirit: I don't like to go to the same restaurant twice, and I prefer to find something new and exciting that I have never done before.
