Online Assessment

Talent is the biggest piece of our selection puzzle.

Gallup has designed a Web-based talent assessment that serves as the first step in our selection process for all job candidates.

We have studied our most successful employees to truly understand the talent profiles that are predictive of high performance and productivity for each type of job. This assessment is the first step in evaluating talent, the most influential factor in our hiring decision.

You can only take the online talent assessment once, so please answer the questions honestly and carefully. Like each step of our selection process, this online assessment will help us to align you with a position that best suits your experience, interests, and most importantly, your talents.

To complete the Web-based talent assessment:

  • Click the Gallup Online Talent Assessment link on page seven of the online application.
  • This is an important factor in your candidacy, so please allot 30 to 40 minutes to complete the assessment in one sitting.
  • Do not use your Web browser's Back or Forward buttons during the assessment, as the information you have entered will be lost.

Technical problems?

Should your Internet session be interrupted while taking the Gallup online assessment, please follow these steps:

  1. Return to the Gallup Careers Web site, and locate the position you were applying for under the Search/Apply tab. Click the Apply Online button to the right of the job description.
  2. Log in using your previously created user name and password.
  3. Click the Continue button until you reach page seven. On page seven, click the Gallup Online Talent Assessment link.
  4. Complete the assessment before you click the Continue button on page seven.

Are you ready to share your talents with us?

If you find an opportunity that fits your talents and interest, we invite you to apply and complete the online assessment to start your candidacy with Gallup.
