I started my career as an interviewer at one of our call centers. I transitioned into some technology development positions, including software developer, lead developer, database administrator, and my current roles as systems architect and project manager. My technical responsibilities include database design, software design, and performing code reviews. At Gallup, I've had the opportunity to work on many important and exciting projects.

Technical Project Administrator
I started at Gallup as a software quality assurance specialist, and I currently serve as a project manager. I work with our software development teams to help build usable and scalable software applications to serve business needs. I am responsible for gathering requirements and documenting details about what we are building, identifying deliverables and timelines, and communicating and managing these expectations as they pertain to my projects and my partners.

Software Engineer
Currently, I design, communicate about, and oversee the implementation of the data warehouse for Gallup's reporting systems. I work with our database development team to organize our design documentation, establish coding standards, and conduct code reviews. I started as a developer for Gallup's financials software program, implementing our financial system in Gallup's international offices. I've also established software development standards.
