I love to address client issues and challenges, and I help identify new ways we can help customers and prospects reach their business goals. As my knowledge and experience have increased, I’ve had the chance to work on bigger and more challenging opportunities.

I started my career at Gallup as the leader of our financial services consulting division after 15 years of experience in the industry. I currently devote my time to six of our largest clients, and my work is different with each group. Much of my efforts with these organizations stem from the need to reduce customer or employee attrition. I also help them increase productivity or improve customer acquisition. I help our clients improve their businesses.
