Emma Partner Apprentice
My impact at Gallup

I have the opportunity to help expand our existing client relationships as well as develop new consulting projects. As a Partner Apprentice, I am gaining valuable experience and knowledge as I'm immersed completely in several projects and experiences.

My career path at Gallup

I was fortunate to have interned for a Gallup client before joining the organization in my current role. Experiencing Gallup's consulting work from the client perspective piqued my interest in Gallup's approach to management consulting, and I decided I wanted to be part of an organization that has truly transformed the workplace. Gallup provides developmental opportunities and enough experience to expedite my learning curve, so when I become an Associate Partner, I will have valuable understanding and familiarity with Gallup's work and clients.

Right now, learning and experience are keys to my development in the role. I often create and implement marketing campaigns, and I am a resource to others in my organization when they need help rolling out projects or engaging our clients. More specifically, I spend a lot of time prospecting and preparing proposals and request for proposal submissions. I research various companies and industries and determine prospective clients' needs, and then work to customize Gallup's consulting strategies and offerings to help these clients meet their challenges. Additionally, I spend a lot of face-to-face time with our current and prospective clients, learning about their businesses and deciphering ways Gallup can help make a positive impact on their organizations.

The reasons I came to Gallup

I love challenging myself and making a difference. I really believe that Gallup helps to positively change organizations. As a younger associate, I have the opportunity to share fresh ideas and different perspectives with the organization. These contributions will hopefully make an already fantastic company even better.
