Gary Managing Partner
My impact at Gallup

I help clients achieve their business outcomes. I grow and develop my team of partners in the Cleveland office. I love to address client issues and challenges, and I help identify new ways that Gallup can help customers and prospects reach their business goals.

My career path at Gallup

I interviewed for and accepted a position at Gallup while in my final year of M.B.A. studies at the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester. With concentrations in organizational and competitive strategy and quantitative finance, I was intrigued by how the company correlated financial results and improvements to employee and customer performance and data. I started in a business development role, and then progressed from associate partner to partner. Currently, I am a managing partner. As my knowledge and experience have increased, Gallup has given me the chance to work on bigger and more challenging opportunities.

I love our entrepreneurial culture. I have created marketing strategies, closed new business partnerships, managed various client accounts, developed new relationships, and managed internal teams and partner groups. I am able to do what I do best every day, and I can leverage my strengths to reach the necessary outcomes. As my career moves forward, I plan to become one of the most prolific "rainmakers" in the history of the organization.

My hobbies

I love doing anything with my wife and three daughters. Family is extremely important to me, including my Gallup family in the Cleveland office and my family of clients.
