As Director of Talent Sourcing for Europe and the Middle East, I oversee the talent sourcing strategy, process, and development for Gallup in these regions. My goal is to ensure that talented individuals are in a role where they have the opportunity to succeed by using their talents, experience, skills, and knowledge every day.

I work closely with managers and teams to guarantee that applicants and candidates have an exceptional experience when considering a career with Gallup. Before joining the Talent Resources team in 2006, I was a Director of Client Services and Consultant for Gallup Germany. I developed and led international client projects in employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, and customer engagement.

Prior to joining Gallup in 2004, I worked as a corporate sales development specialist for Lufthansa AG in Washington, D.C., where I was responsible for the development and management of key corporate, government, and retail accounts. My portfolio included managing $15 million per year for the Mid-Atlantic region and serving as a project leader for the new customer relationship management strategy and tool implementation for the USA Sales and Marketing Group. Before this, I worked for the German Parliament and Siemens Financial Services in research and project finance.

I have a bachelor's degree with honors distinction in international affairs and political economy from The Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University. I am a native English speaker and fluent in German.
