Business Development associates in our Partner organization play a critical role in educating Fortune 1000 prospects about Gallup's consulting solutions, initiating account relationships, and building revenue and profit growth for their divisions. They work closely with Gallup consulting teams to lead a wide variety of cutting-edge consulting engagements with our clients. Our in-depth training and mentoring program for new business development associates ensures that you have the skills and knowledge to succeed in this important leadership position.

Consultants and Principals focus on creating trusted relationships with clients. They are sophisticated, strategic thinkers with the ability to understand their clients' needs. They are responsible for delivering contract commitments and impacting client business performance.

Project Managers coordinate the efforts of consulting, technical, and operational professionals to bring together every detail of large-scale projects.

Accounting and Finance practices include: payroll, benefits, contract compliance, invoicing, preparation of financial reports, accounts payable, tax reporting, internal auditing, investment analysis, and project analysis.

Managers play a crucial role in supervising our highly talented, diverse, and engaged teams. Whether they work in our interviewing centers or in other parts of our organization, managers provide daily direction and leadership to operational and project teams.
