I joined Gallup as a Director of Talent Sourcing for Information Technology. My mission is to partner with Gallup's hiring managers to hire and develop the most talented workforce for the IT department. I recruit, select, and hire associates that represent the best fit for their roles.
I enjoy presenting Gallup's corporate vision and career opportunities to undergraduate and graduate students as well as seasoned professionals. I promote Gallup's brand awareness on campuses and in communities by coordinating recruiting events such as fairs, receptions, presentations, and networking activities.
Currently, I am working on becoming a Strengths Coach through Gallup University. I enjoy helping others discover their natural talent and figuring out how to use those talents in their everyday lives.
Prior to joining Gallup, I worked for five years as a sales representative for a cable advertising company. I then worked as a recruiter and account executive for an IT Staffing Firm for two years.
I received my bachelor's degree in broadcasting and journalism at the University of Nebraska- Lincoln.
