In my role with Gallup's healthcare practice, I build relationships with healthcare executives and advise healthcare organizations about best practices in human capital management. My responsibilities include ensuring consulting projects are in scope, developing business relationships with key healthcare leaders, increasing organizations' brand awareness, and sharing breakthrough human capital management strategies with industry leaders.
My career path at GallupI came to Gallup after completing my bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in e-business and supply chain management from Tennessee State University. Following two internships and a job in healthcare industry supply chain management, I joined Gallup as a director of marketing in our Atlanta office. I then moved to Washington, D.C. and added more consulting experience to my marketing responsibilities.
My goal is to become the best healthcare consultant in the world and help clients drive change that saves lives and money. I can accomplish this goal at Gallup, and I joined Gallup because I thought the organization would be a good fit for my skill set. Moreover, I believed in the philosophy and wanted to expose more people to living a life focused on strengths rather than weaknesses. Organizationally, I like the strengths-based culture. Plus, I have autonomy in my role and Gallup is a results-driven culture. I can utilize my strengths in unique ways to get the job done; there is no right way to do any role.
My hobbiesIn my spare time, I relax with friends, play basketball, travel, and enjoy life. Travel is one of my "hot buttons," along with fashion, movies, and cooking.
