I'm responsible for generating new business opportunities for Gallup and providing our clients solutions that drive organic growth. I spend the majority of my time identifying opportunities where Gallup can add value to Fortune 500 companies relative to their human functions, such as employee and customer management.
My career path at GallupI received a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, spent five years in the workforce, and then earned my M.B.A. from Cornell University. In the time between gaining my undergraduate and graduate degrees, I worked for a national corporation in management and outside sales roles. I was responsible for new client growth, service management, client retention, hiring and training, and organic growth from an established client base.
I've been given many opportunities to combine my previous experience and my innate strengths and talents while working at Gallup. I joined the organization for the unique opportunity to start my consulting career on the client-facing partner side of the business, and because I believe strongly in the human potential to drive organic growth. This is an area where Gallup provides thought leadership and proven scientific research for clients.
I'm focused on producing within my current role to achieve my long-term objectives. Gallup gives me the chance to grow within my role … experiential growth and financial growth are unlimited.
Gallup's cultureGallup's culture relies on internal relationships, networking, and building on strengths rather than focusing on weaknesses. It is a culture where people are happy to help, whether they're a new employee or one who has been at Gallup for 20 years. There is a focus on new ideas and creativity that allows both new and experienced employees to drive change at every level of the organization.
