Jason

As a Client Development Senior Consultant, I work with organizations in the financial services, automotive, telecommunications, and hospitality industries. Every day, I help these organizations realize the value of using workplace and customer engagement solutions to meet business demands. The most rewarding part of my job is helping clients solve their biggest business challenges. Through the application of Gallup tools and research, I help companies understand the need to create cohesion between high-level corporate leadership and the frontline employees and managers who serve customers. I feel a great sense of personal accomplishment when companies report positive change to their business metrics because of the consulting that I deliver.

In addition to my client work, I belong to the Wellbeing Committee for the Gallup Chicago office. I help organize events that shape the Career, Social, Financial, Physical, and Community Wellbeing dimensions of the other associates in my office. It is amazing to be a part of the implementation of Gallup's groundbreaking research in the field of wellbeing and its effect on the lives of individuals.
