Consumer Interviewer

Ketura

Just over a year ago, I began my career at Gallup. I am a consumer interviewer, and I am paid to get customers' opinions, to be a pleasant interviewer and a good listener, and to use my talents. I encourage respondents to share their opinions, giving them an opportunity to be heard.

I first heard about Gallup from a good friend of mine. She gave me a flier, and thought I should give it a try. I choose to work at Gallup because I am a people person. I see myself as productive, and I use my talents every day. What stands out about working at Gallup is that I have the tools and the flexibility to be productive and feel good about what I do. I am encouraged to use my talents and develop strengths to be better at my job, and I feel that I achieve something every day I come to work.

As a student, I see Gallup as one of the best places to be. I just love working here. I think that Gallup is a great place because of the flexibility. You can use your talents as you work, you can work to your potential every day, and you work with the best managers in the world. I get great feedback on my performance, and I receive encouragement from my associates and recognition for my accomplishments and effort.

I am from Haiti, and I spent my developmental years there. I speak French, Creole, and English. I am studying to become a doctor and plan to return to Haiti to work there and help people. What stands out about my Gallup career is that I know that every day, I'm touching the life of someone else. It is rewarding to know that our work is important and that we are making a significant contribution to the world. I would encourage a potential Gallup hire to look to their talents and strengths and to use them every day.
