My impact at Gallup
I am responsible for conducting market research surveys over the telephone. These surveys cover various topics, including consumer preferences and customer satisfaction.
I love working at Gallup, because I have the opportunity to help people across the country be heard. There are people I'll talk to on a daily basis who don't feel that their opinions are heard. In my job, I'm able to reach out to people across the United States to ask them important questions about their lives.
Also, the Call Center supervisors are exceptional. I have never experienced a more passionately interested staff in regards to my development and growth than at Gallup. The managers here understand the importance of strengths and how they can help develop my strengths. I've never met a group of managers who share such an interest in their associates.
