BernadineMy role at Gallup

As a client service manager at Gallup I develop strengths-based community engagement strategies and provide customer engagement analysis and support to government agencies and foundations. I'm currently working on my doctorate in human development and psychology from The George Washington University.

I knew I wanted to work with communities and the federal government, and I felt Gallup was a place where I could come in and innovate, which would be the best fit for my talent. I have gained experience and expertise that is invaluable. Currently, I work to improve the level of citizen engagement in the communities they call home. I also help link customer engagement metrics to the delivery of services from government agencies and foundations and help those organizations think about leveraging their employees to use their strengths and do what they do best every day. My long-term objective is to improve the level of engagement in the federal government one leader, one manager, and one employee at a time.
