Every day, my focus is on helping my client organizations understand how to solve their biggest business challenges. My days are filled with discussions with client leaders regarding their business strategies and what barriers they face in implementing those strategies. I assist them in bringing together and analyzing data from all areas of their business. Through a research-based design, I am able to offer the most informed recommendations on how organizations can achieve their overall strategy.

I love digging into the data and finding solutions for organizations, and Gallup is the perfect place for me to do that. I primarily work on projects related to employee engagement, customer engagement, and customer segmentation research. I have worked extensively with clients in the pharmaceutical, financial, insurance, consumer goods, hospitality, and manufacturing industries.

What motivates me at work is helping clients discover solutions to problems they believed were unsolvable. When clients make changes to the way they run their business based on our recommendations, they achieve positive results. At that point, I know that I have helped not only their business, but the lives of their employees and customers. That is a pretty powerful outcome.
