I joined Gallup in January of 2009 and I work in Gallup's Chicago office. My goal every day is to increase the engagement of my clients. To accomplish this goal, I initiate several meetings with client leaders to talk enterprise strategy or to provide research-based consulting insights on their biggest questions or challenges. I also take time each day to learn about my clients and their industries so that I can deliver high-quality ideas that work for them and their businesses.

As an internal project team leader for each of my clients, I appreciate the results that an engaged Gallup team can achieve. I try to provide a clear vision that connects our actions to the desired client outcomes and what part we play in realizing those outcomes. With the numerous thought leaders and senior scientists at Gallup, I have the opportunity to surround myself with subject matter experts that bring incredibly valuable information and unique ideas to solve my clients' most pressing challenges.

Through Gallup's depth of research-based knowledge and proven metrics, I have the opportunity to drive positive change within my clients' organizations. For instance, I was able to deliver analysis that quantified how each one of a client's customers who moved from "actively disengaged" to "engaged" represented hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional revenue. While this is a powerful piece of information, the true excitement for me lies in working with this client to implement Gallup solutions that will soon bring those positive outcomes to the organization's bottom line.
