Scott

Performance Team Lead

pgshd5e0eegqxnai0zyxmaI joined Gallup in 2010 shortly after graduating from Brigham Young University with a degree in construction management. Prior to college, I spent two years doing volunteer work in Mexico City.

The best part of my job is that every day I get to do the things that I do best. I enjoy working with such a wide variety of people from many diverse backgrounds. Our Houston interviewing center is home to many of our Spanish-language interviewers, and because I am also fluent in Spanish, this adds a dimension to my role that I really enjoy. I also love that I get to use my individual talents and strengths to improve the wellbeing of my team members.

My workload consists of several tracking studies for some of Gallup's largest clients, including many in the financial and healthcare industries. My typical day is spent scheduling work to make sure all of our projects finish on time and within scope. To accomplish this, I match the right people to the projects in which they can be most successful.

Gallup relies on me, and on the interviewers I manage, to collect accurate data for our clients. I know that data will be used to build more engaged workplaces and more engaged customers for those clients. Playing a significant role in a process that influences that many lives gives me great pride in the work that I do for Gallup.
