Consumer Interviewer

Anna

I began working for Gallup as a Telephone Interviewer when I turned 16 and was in search of a part-time job. My two older sisters worked at Gallup and raved about the flexibility, pay, and environment. It sounded too good to be true, yet after working for Gallup for more than five years now, I can say that Gallup is truly a unique place to be and has seemingly endless benefits for its employees.

In my role as an Interviewer, I call households across America and collect their opinions on issues ranging from politics to current events to customer satisfaction. My job is very important because I help reinforce Gallup's world-respected name.

Gallup's tuition reimbursement program has helped support me through my undergraduate career at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where I plan to attain my bachelor's degree in finance in May 2007. Gallup has been perfect for me as a student, offering great pay, flexible hours, and a supportive environment. I have also had the opportunity to be on the Buddy Team, which helps train new interviewers in their first few weeks. This experience was very  beneficial to me in learning how to communicate new information to people and to be a better leader.

As a Gallup Interviewer, there are so many great rewards. In addition to the financial incentives, I love the opportunity of being able to work for a company that is world renowned for having a great work environment and truly caring about its employees.
