Marketing Director, Customer and Brand Practice

Samantha

In my role, I am responsible for the marketing for the Customer and Brand Practice of The Gallup Organization. My main focus is the management and execution of all national marketing campaigns and strategic planning for national marketing events. I also collaborate with Gallup's managing partners to develop targeted regional marketing strategies.

I came to Gallup in 2003 with a background in both public relations and publicity. I have worked for public relations firms in New York and New Orleans, as well as at the House of Blues, New Orleans. I was a staff writer for Talkers Magazine, a trade publication for talk radio. I attended Tulane University, where I majored in communications and minored in business. I am currently an MBA student at the University of Maryland.

I've been so fortunate with my career at Gallup; my roles and responsibilities have steadily progressed. What stands out about my career is that I have had the ability to fill a need in the organization where I believe I can add significant value. Gallup has allowed me the flexibility to take risks while demanding excellence and measuring my progress. I love being held to such a high standard.

Gallup is committed to driving the growth of the companies we work with by teaching them the economic value of building and sustaining relationships among managers, employees, and customers. I truly believe in the link between relationships and business outcomes. In fact, I chose Gallup over other companies because of relationships. As a company, Gallup employs the most dedicated, highest performing individuals in business today. Every Gallup team works together to achieve maximum results and has a great time doing it.

Working for Gallup is not just a job, it is a journey. You are responsible for seeking opportunities and achieving on a daily basis. In return, Gallup grants you the independence and trust to achieve your goals through the means best suited to your individual strengths. Your voice is always heard, your opinion always counts, andthe expectations for world-class performance are extremely high.
