Consultants conduct high-level presentations for leaders in world-class organizations. They are sophisticated, engaging individuals with the keen ability to think strategically and understand our clients' needs. Consultant specialties may include: new business development, project-based consulting apprentice, client services (contracts, proposals, pricing), engagement management, practice expertise (Q¹², CE¹¹, SRI, performance strategy, performance management, market research), coaching (strengths coach or executive coach), and seminar leading.

Business Development/Sales responsibilities include: managing a database of top prospects; establishing key contacts within that database; educating potential clients about Gallup; and marketing Gallup's solutions through telephone calls, mailings, and networking. The goal is to qualify the best opportunities for engagements with Gallup sales executives and consultants, positioning their business advisory services. Sales professionals are the front end of an engagement pursuit team, energizing and supporting the team in the strategic pursuit of new clients.

Accounting practices include: payroll, benefits, contract compliance, invoicing, preparation of financial reports, accounts payable, tax reporting, internal auditing, investment analysis, and project analysis.

Call Center managers play a crucial role in managing our highly talented, diverse, and engaged teams. Whether they work in our interviewing centers or in other parts of our organization, managers provide daily direction and leadership to operational and project teams.

Information Technology professionals assist our business operations by developing, maintaining, and monitoring our information systems. These professionals have technology backgrounds in reporting, technical project management, quality assurance, graphic design, computer help desk, and application and system development.
