The Gallup Summit Fall 2009 provides leaders the opportunity to share best practices and discuss the critical issues that affect maximizing performance in their organizations. It also offers organizations the opportunity to benchmark their management practices against the world's best.

Gallup Summit Fall 2009

The Gallup Summit Fall 2009 will highlight discoveries and best practices in driving world-class performance. The summit will feature keynote speakers and small group workshops that will focus on these key areas:

  • Best practices in managing employee and customer engagement. Participants will explore the best ways to support local managers in engaging customers and employees and the common organizational barriers that block their success.
  • Best practices in recruiting, hiring, and developing talented employees. Participants will learn how the best organizations recruit and hire employees, develop and capitalize on their employees' talents, and align development with succession planning decisions.

Presenters

The Gallup Summit Fall 2009 will showcase organizational initiatives that have improved key outcomes. Sessions will include presentations by executives from PNC Bank, Campbell Soup Company, Disney, Abdul Latif Jameel Co. Ltd., Charles Schwab, Navy SEALs, Pfizer, and SAIC.

The Gallup Summit Fall 2009 will take place September 15-17, at the Gallup Building in Washington, D.C. The cost to register is $1,295 per person (U.S.); a discounted rate of $895 per person (U.S.) is available for federal employees.
