Gallup Great Workplace Award Program Application Process

1. Download an application.

2. Submit your application. Gallup is now accepting applications for the 2012 Gallup Great Workplace Awards. The deadline to submit an application is February 27, 2012. You can submit your completed application by mail or electronically via FTP transfer.

To submit the application electronically:

  • Log in to Gallup's secure FTP submission site https://secure2.gallup.com/ggwa using the name "ggwa" and password "CT1023#9".
  • When you click the link, a box will appear asking for name and password. If you are prompted for "domain" leave the field blank. Once logged into the site, click the "browse" button and select the files from your computer you wish to send. Once selected, click the "upload" button to send the files.
To submit the application via mail, send all documents to:
