On Tuesday, October 25, 2011, in Washington, D.C., Gallup will host a private roundtable discussion to discuss improving customer service in the U.S. Government. This event will allow federal agencies to discuss the demands of Executive Order 13571 on Streamlining Service Delivery and Improving Customer Service, issued on April 27, 2011. According to the Executive Order, each agency must develop and publish a customer service plan. This roundtable will give you the opportunity to share best practices within your agency and discover the best practices used within other agencies to assist you in developing a plan that improves services to individuals and private and government entities.
You are cordially invited to join Gallup and federal agency professionals to discuss:
Gallup Subject Matter Expert Denise Delahanty and Advanced Design & Analytics Advanced Consultant Darby Miller Steiger will lead the discussion and share Gallup's expertise in the science of customer engagement with research-based insights from both the private and public sectors.
