Re-Thinking the MBA

A Gallup & UNL MBA Forum

The Gallup/University of Nebraska-Lincoln MBA in Executive Leadership combines the speed and business focus of a global, world-renowned consulting firm with the latest academic research from a top-ranked university with international stature. This partnership makes the MBA's learning approach and outcomes so different from other programs that many of our alumni have called this program the "anti-MBA."

We invite you to join one of our online information sessions to learn more about what makes this program so unique. Each session includes different speakers -- faculty, staff, alumni, or Executive Performance Coaches -- who have been involved with the program.

Along with other business leaders, you will learn about many aspects of the program, including:

  • Lean Thinking: Students spend two weeks learning about lean thinking from University of Toyota faculty.
  • Performance Coaching: Each student works individually with a performance coach during the program and for three years after graduation.
  • Business Impact: Your organization -- not another business -- is the case study.
  • Global Strategy: Students spend time in China learning about global strategy.
  • Strengths-Based Leadership: Students learn to optimize their own strengths and those of their team.
  • Alumni Success: Because our alumni deliver results, they are leaders with increasing responsibility.
