The organizations we are honoring are ones that have worked hard to shatter and reverse what is typical and they average nine engaged employees for every actively disengaged employee," notes Jim Harter, Ph.D., Gallup's Chief Scientist of workplace management and wellbeing and coauthor of Wellbeing: The Five Essential Elements.
The application period for the 2012 Gallup Great Workplace Awards is now closed. Award winners were notified on March 26, 2012. Winners are formally presented their awards during the 2012 Gallup Summit, May 15-17.
