The world's top-performing companies help lead the global economy by engaging their workforces. These companies understand that employee engagement is a force that drives real business outcomes. The Gallup Great Workplace Award was created to recognize these excellent companies for their extraordinary ability to create an engaged workplace culture. Organizations can apply each year for this award.
"Studying more than 10 million employees worldwide allowed us to set an extraordinarily high bar for this award," said Tom Rath, who leads Gallup's Workplace and Leadership Consulting practice. "The winners have gone far beyond just offering nice perks and benefits. They have created an environment that truly engages people every day, throughout the organization."
