Organizations can apply each year for this award.
"Worldwide, there are more than two actively disengaged employees for every engaged employee. The organizations we are honoring are ones that have worked hard to shatter and reverse what is typical and they average nine engaged employees for every actively disengaged employee," notes Jim Harter, Ph.D., Gallup's Chief Scientist of workplace management and wellbeing and coauthor of Wellbeing: The Five Essential Elements.
Applications will be accepted for the 2012 Gallup Great Workplace Awards until February 27, 2012. Award winners will be notified by March 26, 2012. Award winners will be honored at the Gallup Summit Spring 2012, which will take place May 15-17, 2012, in Omaha, Nebraska.
