Student Development

There is unlimited potential in every student who enters a classroom.

Strengths development services are available for students from elementary years to graduate school. Gallup's developmental programs are designed to recognize and develop that potential in all students and empower them to soar with their strengths. More than a half million students have benefited from Gallup's strengths-based student programs.

Based on ground-breaking research into what's right with people and grounded in the concepts of Positive Psychology, we provide age-appropriate tools and programs that help educators and parents create opportunities for meaningful dialogue, engaging challenges, and creative ways of inspiring students to be their best. Gallup's programs are flexible enough to include in existing curriculum, supplement extracurricular programming, or exist as stand-alone courses.

With so much emphasis being placed on a student's future success, Gallup's programs provide a starting point for career discussion and can help a student build an individualized path to future educational opportunities and possible career roles.

Gallup's strengths-based student development programs have been implemented in:

  • Leadership development
  • Student development
  • Supplemental class curriculum
  • Student retreats
  • Advising
  • Career counseling
  • Portfolio creation
  • Athletics
  • Parenting
    Service learning
