As an educator, imagine being able to tell every one of your students what they do best -- and then helping them do it even better.

StrengthsExplorer, Gallup's latest talent discovery and development program, is designed to do just that: help young people learn about their greatest talents and help the educators in their lives encourage their growth. To do this, Gallup created an assessment designed specifically for youths aged 10 through 14 that reveals students' top three themes of talent. The StrengthsExplorer program also includes workbooks for students, parents, and educators that can spark ideas to help young people excel and thrive in their areas of talent.

StrengthsExplorer can have a lifelong impact on students in late elementary and middle school. Based on decades of research, this program helps students discover their talents -- the ways in which they naturally think, feel, and behave -- giving them the confidence to excel in their areas of natural ability. This strengths-based model can:

• help students think about their talents and how to use them in class and in everyday life
• encourage students to focus on what they do right, rather than what they do wrong
• help students approach school achievement by thinking about their strengths, not their weaknesses
• help students understand and appreciate one another's talents and, in doing so, help them build and strengthen relationships
• assist educators in understanding what motivates their students, resulting in more personalized instruction

Basic Package

With the purchase of 25 or more StrengthsExplorer programs, you receive:

• access to the Clifton Youth StrengthsExplorer assessment
• a customized Top 3 Themes Report for each student
• action items (ideas for putting talents into action) for youth and adults
• separate workbooks for students, parents, and educators that include activities tailored to each audience
• up to one hour of consulting with a Gallup Youth Strengths Advisor for the key StrengthsExplorer contact, teacher, or leader

Additional Options
