The TeacherInsight assessment comes from qualitative and quantitative approaches with outstanding teachers and follow-up quantitative predictive validity studies. Consisting of multiple choice and Likert items in a Web-based assessment, TeacherInsight complies with all EEO guidelines.

The TeacherInsight assessment requires approximately 30 minutes to complete and is available 24/7. Results are based on the applicant's responses and include a score that is predictive of an applicant's potential for teaching success based on his or her talent.
