Faith Strengths Advisor

Top Five Strengths for Individuals

Previously called Strengths Performance Coach 1

The Gallup Faith Strengths Advisor course prepares participants to provide feedback and consultation to individuals about their top five themes as assessed by the Clifton StrengthsFinder. Strengths Advisor participants will learn strategies and tactics to help others discover and use their talents to meet personal goals and serve their faith communities.

During this two-day course, you will:

  • access your full 34 Theme Sequence Report and strengths e-learning course
  • deepen your understanding of the strengths concept and practices
  • master the language of strengths and the 34 themes of talent
  • learn how to develop strengths by maximizing talents
  • create a personal development and action plan for growth as an effective Strengths Advisor

After this course, you will be able to:

  • help faith community members discover their greatest talents
  • teach others to develop and leverage strengths for greater personal engagement and service
  • aid others' understanding of the dynamics of their greatest talents and how they affect relationships, engagement, service, and spiritual health

Upon completion of the training and follow-up certification requirements, participants receive certification to provide feedback and consultation on the top five themes of talent of others in their faith community. Strengths Advisors are required to participate in a yearly online recertification course to maintain their certification.
