Faith Strengths Team Advisor

Top Five Strengths for Teams

Previously called Strengths Performance Coach 2

Faith Strengths Team Advisor prepares participants to provide feedback and consultation on the top five themes of talent as assessed by the Clifton StrengthsFinder to teams, staff members, small groups, and couples. Participants will learn approaches to help individuals partner with each other to meet team performance goals, serve God and the community, and enjoy a deeper level of understanding in both personal and professional relationships.

During this two-day course, you will:

  • learn to observe talent in others
  • discuss barrier labels we place on others
  • discover the power of partnerships
  • learn how to develop a strengths-based team model
  • create a personal development and action plan for growth

After this course you will be able to:

  • help transition a church/nonprofit group into a strengths-based team
  • teach others to observe talent in partnerships and avoid barrier labels
  • lead team discussions, navigate team issues, and overcome obstacles for maximum performance results

Upon completion of the training and follow-up certification requirements, Strengths Team Advisor graduates receive certification to provide feedback and consultation on the Clifton StrengthsFinder results. Strengths Team Advisors are required to participate in a yearly online recertification course to maintain their certification.
