Faith Strengths Coach

Full 34 Strengths for Individuals

Previously called Strengths Performance Coach 3

Certified Strengths Advisors can take the next step in their training by becoming a Faith Strengths Coach. In addition to providing feedback and consultation on individuals' top five Clifton StrengthsFinder themes, coaches can consult on their full 34 Theme Sequence Report. Participants will learn strategies and tactics to help others discover and leverage their talents while managing non-strengths to meet personal goals and serve their faith communities. As a coach, you will teach others to develop and use strengths to enhance personal relationships, engagement, service, and spiritual health.

During this two-day course, you will:

  • analyze your Theme Sequence report and gain insights into how to apply your talents to become an effective Strengths Coach
  • study coaching case studies and share best practices with other participants
  • learn how to prepare and use questions to coach individuals
  • discover the similarities and differences in the 34 Clifton StrengthsFinder talent themes
  • create action plans and commitments to use as an effective Strengths Coach
  • gain a deeper understanding of how the various talent themes drive individual performance and connect to mission-oriented objectives

Once course requirements are complete, participants will receive certification to provide feedback and consultation to others on their themes of talent in their full 34 Theme Sequence Report. Strengths Coaches are required to participate in a yearly online recertification course to maintain their certification.
