Leadership Excellence Level I: Strengths-Based Leadership

Built on Gallup's Seven Demands of Leadership - the seven challenges you must meet to fulfill your potential as a leader - Strengths-Based Leadership offers you an opportunity to gain new perspectives and a fresh approach to your personal leadership style.

Through tools like the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment and the Q12 engagement survey, you will gain an understanding of your natural talents and how to maximize them in not only your leadership style but also staff engagement, member engagement, and the culture of your congregation as a whole.

The personal discoveries and innovative ideas offered during Strengths-Based Leadership will help you re-energize and formulate a clear, comprehensive leadership strategy through which your vision for the future of your faith community can become reality.
