The Path to Enhanced Healthcare

The Gallup Path is a proprietary consulting model that illustrates the "linked path" between every employee's individual efforts and contributions and the organization's ultimate financial goal -- an increase in overall value. For healthcare organizations the essential goal not only includes financial success but also the delivery of quality care, the execution of the mission, and creation of community well-being.

Click on each step on The Gallup Path to learn more about the transformational activities Gallup's Healthcare practice use to help organizations hire the right employees, develop engaged managers, improve patient and physician engagement, and drive improved business and care results.

The Gallup Path was created from the study of how the world's best companies have created sustainable, authentic growth through maximizing their relationships with their customers and employees. Gallup built The Path using research of more than 25 million customers, 7 million employees, 250,000 managers, and 40,000 leaders in more than 500 organizations around the world.

From this research Gallup created an integrated solution that hospitals and healthcare providers can use to drive performance throughout their organizations. Gallup's Healthcare Practice offers dynamic programs and partnerships to help organizations achieve world-class performance in each of the first five steps on The Gallup Path, which then drive performance in the last three areas.
