Physician Engagement

Based on more than 50 years of research studying the psychology of physician behavior, Gallup has developed a fact-based improvement program that measures the key drivers of physician emotion and loyalty and the resulting financial outcomes for the organization. This program includes a research-based quantitative assessment and focused education and training for all managers responsible for employees with regular physician interaction.
