Donor Engagement

Philanthropic donations are becoming increasingly critical to sustain financial viability for healthcare organizations. The Gallup Donor Engagement Program allows hospital and foundation leaders to develop a more accurate view of who contributes to the hospital and why, and how they feel about their contribution before and after their donation. Insight into this population allows leaders to profile other community members to send out more targeted solicitations, and improve the average contribution of the current donor base. The Donor Engagement Program aims to uncover existing best practices and areas of improvement in the current operation. A senior Gallup consultant presents the findings and strategizes about improving donor relationships and increasing foundation funds.
