2009 Gallup Well-Being Forum

The 2009 Gallup Well-Being Forum will take place October 1-2, 2009 at the Gallup Building at 901 F Street, NW, in Washington, D.C. The cost to register is $1,895 (U.S.) per person; a special rate of $495 is available for full-time university faculty, federal or military employees, and students.

Registration $1,895.00 (U.S.)

Students
$495.00 (U.S.). This rate is available to full-time university faculty, federal or military employees, Center for Health Transformation members, and students only. Proof of affiliation may be required.
Special Registration For Gallup Senior Scientists, speakers, members of the media, and Gallup associates. This registration is by invitation only.

In addition to the 2008 Gallup Well-Being Forum content and sessions, registration includes and continental breakfast, lunch and a cocktail reception on Thursday and continental breakfast and lunch on Friday.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you must cancel for any reason, please e-mail Mary Penner-Lovci or Krista Volzke. Cancellations received before 12:00 noon U.S. Eastern time on Friday, September 18, 2009 will be subject to a $50 (U.S.) processing fee. Cancellations received after 12:00 noon U.S. Eastern time on Friday, September 18, will not be eligible for a refund.
