The 2011 Gallup Well-Being Forum will take place November 3-4, 2011 at The Gallup Building at 901 F Street, NW, in Washington, D.C. The cost to register is $1,850 (U.S.) per person; a special rate of $495 (U.S.) is available for full-time university faculty, federal or military employees, and students. You may register online using our secure server. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel for any reason, please e-mail Mary Penner-Lovci. Cancellations received before 12:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern time on Thursday, October 20, 2011 will be subject to a $50 (U.S.) processing fee. Cancellations received after 12:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern time on Thursday, October 20, will not be eligible for a refund.
