Geoffrey Brewer

Brewer brings more than two decades of publishing experience to Gallup Press. He is the Editorial Director of Gallup Press, which publishes books and the Gallup Management Journal. He is also the editor of the multiple bestsellers 12: The Elements of Great Managing, How Full Is Your Bucket?, StrengthsFinder 2.0, and Strengths Based Leadership. He also coedited The Best of the Gallup Management Journal 2001-2007.

Prior to his role as at Gallup Press, Brewer was Editor-in-Chief of Sales & Marketing Management and a contributing writer on management for The New York Times. Brewer launched Performance, a management quarterly and was also a senior editor for Incentive Magazine.
