Robert D. Tortora, Ph.D., is a Principal Scientist, Chief Methodologist, and Regional Research Director for Sub-Saharan Africa for Gallup. As the Regional Research Director for Sub-Saharan Africa, Tortora coordinated surveys in 26 African countries in 2006.
Dr. Tortora also designed the Gallup Panel, Gallup's most dynamic research method to date.
